Pregnancy
My work with families in pregnancy started in 2017 through prenatal yoga. Since then I've been working with families in Berlin (and online) both as a yoga teacher and as certified doula with DONA International.
After years attending birth, at the moment I am focusing on accompanying families during pregnancy and postpartum. This is both to take care of my own family life and to allow my social work at the Familienzentrum Kiezoase, where I spend most of my week.
Here below you can find the services I offer in Berlin for pregnant families. I work in English, Italian and German. Please contact me for any questions, including fees and reimbursement by health insurance.
Prenatal Yoga Präventionskurs
Weekly yoga course in English from the second trimester of pregnancy at Kiezoase (Barbarossastraße 65, Schöneberg). Each session is followed by a video to practice at home. The same group does the whole course together, and there is a weekly sharing circle before the yoga practice. For starting dates, please check my schedule.

Private Prenatal Yoga Practice (also online)
This includes asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), guided relaxation or meditation. Inspired by Spinning Babies® and the hundreds of prenatal yogis I've taught to and learned from. Also available as a gift voucher.

Pregnancy Doula Session (also online)
A grounding "extension" of your birth preparation course, with both information and emotional awareness. It can help you clarify your birth preferences or plan, support your (birth) partner to support you, and prepare to take care of your baby. We also use together tools of embodiment, movement, breathing and touch. I am trained and sensitive to trauma and its prevention.
