    Haha Yoga: This morning class aims to stretch our body, open our breath and clear our mind. Beginning from our sensations, we will activate the body and refine our movements. Hatha yoga and pranayama will guide us to a state of effortlessness, and encourage our mind to reduce its noise. You can expect to leave the class in a state of balance, energised to start the day and also grounded in the present, reducing stress and anxiety. Pranayoga Method® teaching, all levels welcome.

  • Thursday 17:30-19:00 @ Heilkunstraum, Fontanepromenade 16, 10967 Berlin
    Pregnancy Yoga: A practice based on hatha yoga and adapted for pregnancy, inspired by the Spinning Babies® approach and the Pranayoga Method®. We will move body and breath with a focus on grounding and stability in times of change, lateral opening and making space in our bodies, strengthening and making new positions comfortable, allowing ourselves to open and let go. Partners and friends are also welcome!

    Haha Yoga & Pranayama: This evening class will help our bodies unwind from the activities and postures of the day, and will guide our mind to rest. Asana and pranayama (breath exercises) will lengthen our muscles and breath, expanding our inner space. This is a Pranayoga Method® class, open to all levels, where we will play with the concept of minimum effort. The psychosomatic effects of this regular practice are profound and long-lasting.
